Limpieza: La posicion requiere conocimineto de limpieza general de edificios o escuelas y mantenimiento (pintura, plomeria, electricidad, aire acondicionado y construction)
La función principal del Custodio Realizar tareas de limpieza/conserje de rutina. Mantener el edificio limpio, seguro, organizado y acogedor para nuestros estudiantes, personal y visitantes mediante esfuerzos de limpieza y organización de eventos. Garantizar la seguridad y protección de todas las instalaciones del edificio.
Description:
· Se solicita persona para tarea de limpieza y mantenimiento con experiencia.
· Toda persona interesada debe pasar una investigación de antecedentes previa al empleo
Calificaciones
· Conocimiento de técnicas y equipos de limpieza comercial. Experiencia en manteniemiento basico
· Manejar las demandas físicas del trabajo, incluyendo estar de pie y caminar durante la mayor parte del turno, agacharse y levantar al menos 50 libras.
· Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para mantener los estándares de limpieza.
· Buenas habilidades de gestión del tiempo para completar tareas de manera eficiente.
· Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente o como parte de un equipo.
· Conocimientos básicos de mantenimiento de instalaciones.
