Sr. Process Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and sustaining engineering for manufacturing operations
- Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve quality and production efficiency
- Lead development, innovation, and optimization of new manufacturing processes and procedures
- Collaborate with product design, quality, operations, and supply chain teams on process compatibility
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards and develop statistical analysis techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering plus 4+ years relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with manufacturing process knowledge
- Understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance standards
- Data-driven approach to operational improvement and process optimization
- Experience with statistical process control and measurement systems
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical engineering degree preferred
