Virginia Beach, VA Position Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with a client in Virginia Beach, VA . This position offers flexible scheduling options and is ideal for someone looking for consistent afternoon hours, with potential for additional morning hours. Available Schedule Options Preferred Schedule (Split Shift Option) Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:40 AM Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Alternative Option Afternoon only: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Maintain professional communication with caregivers and supervisors Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in supervision meetings as required Qualifications Active RBT certification (required) Experience working with children with autism preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Supportive supervision Consistent weekly schedule Opportunity for additional cases/hours If you are passionate about helping children grow and develop meaningful skills, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
