Payroll and Benefits Specialist

DaySmart is seeking a Payroll Solutions Specialist to act as the internal payroll expert for compliance, tax, and operational questions. This role reports into Customer Operations and blends payroll expertise with customer consultation, onboarding support, and internal enablement. As the first dedicated payroll hire, the scope is broad and will evolve. You will advise on regulations, guide implementation decisions, and help teams support payroll at scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
