We are currently looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst who shares that mission - someone who sees HR technology not just as a system to manage, but as a powerful tool to help our people programs run better so we can serve our community better.

What You'll Do

You'll be the go-to expert for our HRIS - leading optimization, driving efficiency, and empowering our HR team with insights that matter. Day to day, you'll:

• Own and optimize our ADP Workforce Now platform - managing configurations, integrations, updates, and day-to-day operations with precision.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that turn HR data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Champion data integrity through regular audits - ensuring every record is accurate, secure, and compliant.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, recruiting, performance, certifications, and more.
• Manage all required federal and state compliance reporting, including EEOC and the NJ Smart Report.
• Create and deliver training programs that empower staff and managers to get the most from our HR systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors to handle system migrations, new integrations, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain confidential personnel records for current, former, and future employees with the highest standards of accuracy and discretion.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst
• Solid working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis: data validation, aggregation, descriptive statistics, and content analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can present technical findings to non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality
• Ability to juggle multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines

Preferred (Bonus Points!):

• Master's degree in a related field
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and statistical analysis software
