Review existing client accounts to ensure their protection plans remain aligned with their life changes. Process routine policy updates, billing inquiries, and certificates of insurance with a high degree of accuracy. Collaborate with our insurance advisors to gather necessary documentation for new policies or renewals. Document client interactions and changes in our database to ensure our team is always informed. Foster a welcoming office environment by greeting visitors and maintaining a professional, helpful presence. Requirements Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License (unlicensed candidates may apply if willing to obtain license within the first month of employment) Two or more years of experience in customer service, administrative, or office setting. Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients over the phone or in person. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple client requests simultaneously. Associate degree or higher, or equivalent professional certification.
