Talent Acquisition SpecialistBuild trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams to support consistent, inclusive recruiting outcomes. Manage recruiting activity across assigned roles, maintaining an organized pipeline and delivering a clear, timely candidate experience. Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define effective recruiting approaches, and align candidate evaluation with role requirements. Source, engage, assess, and advance qualified talent using structured recruiting practices and data-informed decision-making. Maintain accurate recruiting records and use hiring data to identify progress, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Apply AI-driven recruiting systems, tools, or workflows appropriately and demonstrate familiarity with AI/ML concepts as they relate to real-world talent acquisition products and processes.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience owning recruiting activity for assigned roles or hiring portfolios, from intake through offer and close. Working knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, recruiting systems, and data management.Experience recruiting across multiple technical job families, business areas, or talent markets and adapting approaches to different hiring needs. Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting pipelines at scale while maintaining strong organization, follow-through, and candidate experience. Experience using recruiting data and operational metrics to improve sourcing, assessment, or hiring outcomes. Experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to refine role requirements and drive effective decisions. Experience applying AI-enabled recruiting tools or workflows, including using AI/ML concepts to improve candidate sourcing, engagement, or recruiting operations.Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $51.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
