Employment Type Full-Time Compensation Rate of Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 based on experience Responsibilities Lead a team to create beautiful hardscapes, safely, on time, and within budget. Experience cutting stone with various masonry saws. Proficiently use skid steers, excavators, and other related equipment. Read and interpret blueprints. Always ensure a clean and organized worksite. Communicate effectively with team members. Perform Quality Control Inspections upon completion to ensure standards are met. Ensure all safety measures are followed during every project. Requirements 4 years of experience installing hardscapes. Knowledge of paver installations, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits. Proven experience supervising in the hardscape industry. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have or be able to acquire a DOT card. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must participate in snow and ice management work.
