Field Training Manager - Allergan Aesthetics

Field Training Manager role at AbbVie's Allergan Aesthetics division in Newark, NJ. Responsible for training and developing sales managers across assigned territories through onboarding programs, field co-travels, and skills coaching to support revenue and market performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and training for newly hired Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers
- Conduct quarterly field co-travels with sales representatives, identifying learning gaps and providing written feedback
- Attend new-hire sales training courses annually and facilitate pre/post-training onboarding calls
- Assess field-force training needs and coordinate training resources to support team development
- Deliver advanced product messaging and business development training through co-travels and national meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years field sales experience in device industry; surgical experience preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or pharmaceutical industry
- 2+ years sales training experience preferred
- Strong technical expertise and business acumen
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint
