About Extra Mile Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in. Earning potential: $130,000 to $200,000 per year (base plus commission and profit share). No cap. Top performers earn more. Based at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters. We are looking for a builder who sells. You will sell across Extra Mile, build the channels and the process, and lead our retail sales. Over time, the biggest part of the job is building and leading our sales team. Reports to the CEO. What we are building Our own products, sold everywhere. HyperJam hoops and the private label products behind them need dealers, installers, builders and stores. You build that network. A commercial business. Schools, churches, daycares, HOAs, cities and parks buy playgrounds, hoops and equipment. Leads already come in. They need a closer. Retail that sells. Our stores need a sales system that turns walk ins and quotes into closed sales. You lead the managers and build it. A sales process that does not leak. Every lead routed fast, followed up and tracked in the CRM, from ecommerce quotes to big commercial bids. A sales team. As the pipeline grows, you hire, train and lead the reps who run it. What you will own Selling HyperJam and our private label products through dealer and installer networks, construction and builder buyers, and stores Commercial sales: inbound project leads from Omaha Sports & Games plus outbound to schools, churches, daycares, HOAs, cities and parks Leading our retail store managers and their sales system, from lead to close to install handoff The sales process for ecommerce and inbound leads: routing, speed to lead, follow up and close rates on high ticket orders Our CRM (GoHighLevel): every lead and quote has an owner and a follow up date Vendor relationships: advertising co op dollars, program terms and brand support Building the sales team: hiring, training and leading the next reps as the pipeline grows What success looks like in year one A written sales process for commercial, project, retail and ecommerce quotes Every lead in the CRM, with speed to lead under 5 minutes A growing commercial pipeline with clear close rates HyperJam selling through a real network of dealers and installers More vendor co op dollars and better program terms than we have today A hiring plan for your first reps, backed by the numbers You might be a fit if you Have 5+ years in B2B or high ticket sales, with 2+ hiring and leading salespeople Have built a dealer, distributor or reseller network, or sold into schools, municipalities or contractors Close big deals yourself and enjoy it Live in a CRM and hold yourself (and others) to follow up Can negotiate with vendors as well as customers Want your pay tied to what you sell Nice to have Commercial playground, sports equipment or recreation experience Bids, RFPs or co op purchasing contracts Experience with EOS or a similar operating system What we offer Unlimited earning potential: base salary plus uncapped commission on commercial, project and wholesale sales A share of company profit, so you win when Extra Mile wins Real ownership of sales across multiple brands and channels, and a team to build Direct line to the CEO and a leadership team that makes decisions quickly Health benefits, paid time off and a retirement plan Based at our headquarters in Elkhorn, Nebraska, with a team that shows up for each other #J-18808-Ljbffr Extra Mile E-Commerce
