Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, aligning HR strategies and people practices with business priorities. This role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, compensation, organizational change, compliance, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and senior leaders on workforce, talent, organizational, and employee-related matters. Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, corrective action, conflict resolution, and policy application. Lead complex employee‑relations matters and workplace investigations. Support workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational changes, and retention initiatives. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics and provide practical, data‑informed recommendations. Partner on compensation reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, and annual merit planning. Support recruitment for specialized, critical, and leadership positions. Oversee key HR processes, including onboarding, leaves of absence, accommodations, workers’ compensation, employee changes, and payroll coordination. Support HR compliance, policies, audits, employee engagement, and HR process‑improvement initiatives. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and other internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, or comparable consultative HR experience. Strong experience advising managers on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. Strong knowledge of federal and Florida employment requirements. Strong communication, coaching, analytical, investigation, and problem‑solving skills. HRIS, reporting, ATS, and Microsoft Office experience; Paychex preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
