Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Sensory Outpatient Clinic

Location: Tumwater, WA

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Flexible, choose four 10-hour days, five 8-hour days, or another agreed schedule (clinic hours about 8 AM to 6 PM)

Pay: $50 to $65 per hour ($104,000 to $135,200 per year)

Must-Haves

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or eligible for Washington state licensure
• Pediatric therapy experience or strong pediatric focus (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping children and families reach their goals

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy for children from birth to age 21
• Treat autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, fine motor and developmental delays, and visual-motor concerns
• Use a fully equipped sensory gym
• Collaborate and co-treat with OTs and SLPs
• Use dedicated, paid time for documentation and special projects
• Pursue specialty interests as the clinic expands

Nice-to-Haves

• Sensory integration training or certification
• Outpatient pediatric clinic experience
• Experience with visual-motor or feeding interventions

Compensation and Benefits
