After Sales Service

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily after-sales cases. Coordinate and track equipment handover, repair, maintenance, project technical support and service marketing. Ensure full case closure and improve customer experience.
2. Attend systematic pre-job training in China upon onboarding. Master product structure, commissioning procedures, repair techniques and maintenance specifications as well as internal business workflows.
3. After passing training assessment, take long-term overseas assignment. Own end-to-end local after-sales service, technical support and customer relationship management in assigned region, and resolve customer equipment & service issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechatronics, Refrigeration or related fields with solid professional knowledge.
2. Experience: Hands-on after-sales service experience in relevant industries, familiar with equipment repair, maintenance and commissioning processes.
3. Language: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading & writing), capable of independent customer communication overseas. xhyhwjd
4. Preferred: Hold US EDA visa / US work visa / US green card.
