Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook. Serve our customers quality food. Meet or exceed all service standards. Present a pleasant, good‑natured attitude to every customer. Replenish and rotate supplies. Keep the parking lot, lobby, dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean. Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule. Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform. Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description. CREW REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least fourteen (14) years of age Positive mental attitude (PMA) Strong work ethic and team player attitude Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment Drive and determination Desire for personal and professional growth Passion for the food & beverage industry SHIFT MANAGER Position Description A Shift Manager assists in the aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to the following: Food Safety, Guest Safety, Team Safety Customer Satisfaction Motivation Inventory Control / Record Keeping Retention Training Employees SHIFT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Food Safety, Guest Safety, Team Safety. Ensuring company policies are followed. Optimizing profits by controlling costs. Training and developing new employees. Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction. Achieve speed of service standards for their shift. Providing leadership and direction to all employees. Work positions to provide service to our guests. Ensuring product quality and availability. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff. Assisting customers whenever necessary. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed. Taking disciplinary action when necessary. Completing tasks assigned by upper management accurately and efficiently. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
