Regional Client Services Sales Leader

Lead and coach the combined Client Services Sales team, focusing on capability building and measurable results Develop and execute a sales motion for owner account growth Identify and target small transactional and underpenetrated accounts Drive conversion of installed-base owners to service customers Establish and monitor activity standards, pipeline reviews, and follow-up expectations Improve coordination between service and sales teams Manage profit, revenue, margins, and business mix across assigned accounts and service streams Hire, onboard, and assess sales associates Administer training to build capability and sustained performance Manage direct-report performance through coaching, feedback, and development Leverage digital tools, reporting systems, and Trane sales tools for visibility, accountability, and data-informed decisions Ensure sales office compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum five (5) years of Service or Related Sales management experience Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months No major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years Ability to lead, coach, hire, onboard, assess, and develop sales associates Ability to manage profit, revenue, margins, and business mix Ability to use digital tools, reporting systems, and Trane sales tools Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity standards Safety-sensitive role may require additional drug screening Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and developing sales teams while driving account growth and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
