ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Lone Tree, CO

Unit Type: ICU/CCU Adult

Number of Beds: 30

Number of Staff: 57

Typical Patient Ratios: 1 RN to 2-3 patients, with possible overflow

Equipment: Lenet beds, GE monitors

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of current acute care ICU experience and must possess ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. Neuro certification and experience in neuro and trauma care are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU/CCU setting.
• Conduct rapid intubation and manage chest tubes and EVD placements.
• Care for patients with LVAD and CCRT devices.
• Adapt to changing assignments mid-shift to accommodate patient acuity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care ICU experience.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
• Preferred: Neuro certification and experience in neuro and trauma care.
