Whether it's a competitive athlete returning to their sport, an active adult rehabbing an injury, or a motivated patient working toward long-term strength and mobility, your expertise directly shapes their outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based interventions in both clinic and performance spacesUtilize turf, court, and weight room equipment for functional and sport-specific rehabCollaborate with PTAs, athletic trainers, physicians, and support staffDocument accurately and maintain high-quality patient communicationFloat between C4 Chattanooga and C4 Cleveland therapy locations as neededMinimum QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist (PT)BLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsPrefer one year of outpatient orthopaedic experienceA genuine passion for serving athletes, active adults, and the outpatient orthopaedic populationA growth‑minded clinician who values lifelong learning, professional development, and staying current with evidence‑based practiceAbility to travel between both C4 locationsAbout CSMO & C4The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has served the Chattanooga and North Georgia region since 1979, offering industry-leading orthopaedic care, sports medicine, and rehabilitation services across 12 locations.
