You will support functional progress, encourage patient engagement, and contribute to a positive clinic experience.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement treatment plans as established by supervising Physical TherapistsProvide safe, effective, and compassionate patient careEducate patients on exercises, goals, and progressCommunicate with PTs and support staff to maintain continuity of careDocument accurately and efficiently following organizational standardsFloat between CSMO therapy locations as neededMinimum QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)BLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to travel among our 5 CSMO therapy locationsA genuine passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic populationA lifelong learner with a commitment to growth, new skills, and evidence‑based practiceAbout CSMOThe Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has been a leader in orthopaedic and sports medicine care since 1979, with 12 locations serving Chattanooga, North Georgia, and surrounding communities.
