You'll deliver evidence-based, compassionate care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement PT‑designed treatment plans with skill, care, and professionalismGuide patients through therapeutic, functional, and performance‑based exercisesUtilize both traditional clinic equipment and C4's turf, court, and weight areas as appropriateMaintain clear communication with PTs and support staff to ensure excellent continuity of careTravel as needed among all 5 CSMO clinics and 2 C4 performance locationsMinimum QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)BLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication and patient‑service skillsOne year of outpatient or general healthcare experience preferredWillingness to travel across all 7 therapy locationsA passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population, including athletes and active adultsA growth‑minded, lifelong learner who values evidence‑based practice and continuous improvementAbout CSMO & C4The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has been Chattanooga's trusted leader in orthopaedic and sports medicine care since 1979.
