Location: Manhattan, NY
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Summary
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver goal-driven therapy that helps patients regain the skills needed for everyday function. You will work directly with patients to improve performance in self-care, home tasks, and return-to-work routines through structured treatment planning and education.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings
• Create treatment plans tailored to functional goals and patient priorities
• Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs/IADLs, UE rehab, balance, and coordination
• Teach strategies for safety, fall prevention, and returning to daily routines
• Recommend and train patients in adaptive tools and assistive devices
• Communicate progress and plan changes with the care team and referring providers

Keep timely, compliant documentation and accurate billing support notes

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active New York Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification
• Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or home health is welcome (new grads considered with strong fieldwork)
