Scrum Master

Agile Scrum MasterSafe Agile trained. Experience playing the scrum master role for at least 4 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Working within an agile software engineering environment. Experience in conducting daily SCRUM (one to two teams). Excellent communication and mentoring skills. DevOps functional and technical expertise and ability to work with multi skilled professionals within and across Scrum teams. Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements. Expertise in modeling/mapping business processes both as is and to be. Significant experience with both traditional waterfall SDLC and Agile/Lean methodologies. Ability to effectively interface with all levels of business and IT. Use aspects of Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage the Wiki, Boards, Backlogs, Sprints and Delivery Plans to create efficiencies for your team and their daily activities. Utilize grooming and story pointing to manage capacity planning and planned leave of the team to ensure proper work item allocation and time management. Accountable for understanding and coordinating all technology deliverable activity for assigned project. Understand what is being delivered and own the creation of the plan for development work. Participate as core team member, ensuring overall successful delivery for the project. Create and communicate the technology delivery plan to core team peers, the delivery team and stakeholders. Monitor and report progress against the plan. Exceptional writing, communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment. Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.
