Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Scrum Master to lead our Agile teams and drive continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in helping teams deliver high-quality products while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to ensure effective team collaboration and engagement.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Coach teams in Agile practices, principles, and mindsets; mentor junior Scrum Masters and team members to develop Agile capabilities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and senior management to align team goals with business objectives and ensure transparency in progress and challenges.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and quality.
• Conflict Resolution: Address team dynamics and conflicts proactively, fostering a healthy team environment focused on collaboration and high performance.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse team performance metrics, provide insights to stakeholders, and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and impediments to team success; work with the organization to mitigate these risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification; Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP, SAFe) are a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role.
• Proven experience in coaching Agile teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar) and proficiency in using metrics to guide decision-making.
