Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Cost Accountant, located in San Diego, CA. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for performing in‑depth financial analyses to monitor cost structures, maintaining cost accounting systems, preparing cost reports, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory valuations and cost allocations. The role also involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that drive cost management, setting product standards, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Qualifications Strong accounting knowledge, including Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Variance Analysis. Experience with maintaining and improving Inventory Management and ERP systems. Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis. Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities. Experience in manufacturing or technology industries is a plus.
