Mailroom, Associate - Golf

Job Description CAA Golf is seeking a full‑time, highly organized and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a temporary Mailroom & Storage Associate. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of all mailroom operations and oversee storage initiatives, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the mailroom, including sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Track and manage shipments; accurately document all incoming and outgoing items. Track office supplies inventory and restock as necessary. Regularly clear and maintain a clean mailroom to optimize workflow. Correctly place boxes in the accounts’ specified area. Provide any additional general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Communicate regularly with internal teams to ensure the mailroom and shipping areas remain organized and clutter‑free. Conduct monthly check‑in with each team to ensure their areas are kept up‑to‑date and address any needs. Maintain open communication with management for any support required. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or mailroom coordination. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to maintain a clean environment. Support and service mentality. Timely and professional communication skills. Strong negotiating skills with vendors/partners. High level organization skills. Analytical with creative problem‑solving abilities. Ability to anticipate needs. Location Onsite in Jacksonville, Florida. Compensation Base hourly rate $23.00–27.00; wages may vary based on experience, business sector, and geographic location.
