Our Digital Agency Platform is looking for Paid Media Specialist will Ensure compliance with the KPIS of the business units, at sales, lead generation, cost per lead level. creating and activating a digital strategy, using various global platforms What you’ll do Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.Monitor, optimize, and manage campaign budgets to achieve lead generation, conversion, and performance targets. Analyze campaign results and track key KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement. Develop reports and presentations with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders. Build strong relationships with business units and provide consultative support on paid media strategy and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to SLAs. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and adoption of new digital marketing trends and platforms.
