Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $17.34 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thu 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific procedures, handling incoming calls, monitoring communication channels, and supporting security‑related operations at the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting activity and relaying information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed. Monitor cameras, access activity, and other site systems to help identify unusual activity, support timely response, and communicate updates to on‑site staff and/or management. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, while coordinating routine and priority requests across the location in alignment with post orders and client guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and dispatch coordination, helping to address issues around the business and perimeter as conditions vary by location. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
