L0190 Honda of Ames is a high volume automotive dealership hiring immediately.

Position Details:

• Pay: Range to be discussed during in-person interviews
• Schedule: Requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, technology, and available programs
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to support purchase decisions
• Manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up through the CRM
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, incentives, and product updates
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through vehicle delivery
• Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and dealership teams to provide a smooth customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or automotive experience
• Confidence working with customers and guiding them through a purchase decision
• Management of leads, appointments, and follow-up activity in a CRM
• Comfortable learning vehicle features, technology, inventory, and manufacturer programs
• Drive to achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering a strong customer experience
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
