Supply Planning Analyst

What You Will Do as a Supply Planning Analyst Analyze the total supply pipeline (production & materials) and anticipate and resolve short-term issues or opportunities for specific brand product groups. Analyze metrics to drive improvements and create a detailed supply plan, ensuring customer requirements and service levels are achieved. How You Will Make a Difference Validate demand match with customer service requirements and urgently resolve constraints. Analyze inventory performance metrics to drive improvements and align against brand inventory policies. Ensure integrity of supply plans to support supply strategies systemically and process‑driven. Create and communicate detailed executable supply plans, including production plans, buy plans, and materials requirements. Follow up and ensure execution of the supply plan (purchase orders, cut maintenance) to manage service expectations. Advocate timely customer fulfillment by resolving product flow constraints. Support other duties as assigned that reinforce these responsibilities. Skills for Success Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 1+ year of experience in planning (preferred). Strong knowledge of planning concepts and tools. Proficiency in Excel. Experience with Logility, Kinaxis, PowerBI, or SQL (a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent collaboration abilities.
