Part Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee For Service

Position Overview Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) will provide care to a diverse population of adults and adolescents in Quincy, Massachusetts. Clinicians must be licensed in Massachusetts and reside in the state. Compensation Fee for Service (W2) position with a salary range of $74,000 – $106,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients via telemedicine and occasional in‑person sessions. Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms, when appropriate. Create and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans. Complete and administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools. Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines. Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services. Qualifications Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner—board certification required. Master’s degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in Massachusetts. One year of psychiatry practice required; three years of experience is a plus. Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus. Completion of in‑house training on ADHD treatment standards and a certification exam. Benefits Remote medical assistants.
