Location: Silver Memories
Pay Rate: Starting at $28.75+/hour (with annual increases of $0.25/hour for each year of experience)

Shifts Available:

Full Time 6p-6a and 6p-6a

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other medical professionals
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Provide wound care and manage dressing changes
Collect specimens for lab testing
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond promptly and empathetically to their needs
