Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and helping shape marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with sales and customer service teams, create and refine marketing messages, and assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization. The role also involves coordinating promotional activities, supporting events, and maintaining consistent communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences. Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data collection, trend analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing recommendations. Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as collaborating with sales teams, understanding the sales funnel, and supporting demand-generation efforts. Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills, including planning campaigns, segmenting audiences, and aligning messaging with business objectives. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including relationship building, responsiveness to client needs, and a focus on positive customer experiences. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing, social media platforms), basic analytics skills, and familiarity with content creation or copywriting. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
