OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Title: Operations Specialist (May be hired on a contract) Location: Tribal Credit Office, Pablo, Montana Overview Operates and supports daily financial operations, including cash handling and transaction recording, within the Tribal Credit Office. Responsibilities Cash receipting, transacting, and accurate customer record keeping. Maintain composure in a fast‑paced, highly interactive work environment. Communicate clearly and efficiently both verbally and in writing with team members, other departments, third‑party service providers and the general public. Sustain attention to detail to complete multiple tasks timely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 1 year clerical and cash handling experience. Basic understanding of accounting practices and procedures (preferred). Technical capacity to operate standard office equipment, operating software, loan servicing systems, imaging/records‑management tools. Ability to pass a criminal and financial background check. Commitment to adhere to Tribal Resolution 06‑48 regarding the Code of Conduct for Tribal employees and appointed officials. Will be subject to a 6‑month probationary period and may be employed under a contract. Benefits Pay rate of $15.15 to $17.41 per hour, inclusive of benefits.
