You will manage and troubleshoot systems, networks, and software applications to ensure business operations flow seamlessly. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our staff by providing clear, reliable solutions, and you’ll act as the bridge between employees, vendors, and technical resources. Requirements High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn Familiarity with hardware, networking, and common business software Excellent communication skills and a service-first mindset Based on your ability and willingness to learn, you will have the opportunity to advance to other positions within the company.
