Vice President of Human Resources

to lead its people strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and develop scalable HR operations to support continued expansion across the United States.

Position Summary
The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will bring extensive HR leadership experience, a strong understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to build scalable people strategies within a rapidly expanding, multi-site organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives and business growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Human Resources team across all functional areas.
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
Establish scalable HR policies, processes, and best practices to support a growing, multi-state workforce.
Oversee executive recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and relevant healthcare regulations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations programs.
Establish HR metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance indicators to support executive decision-making.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Support organizational expansion, operational integration, and change management initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent HR certification is preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading HR functions within a rapidly growing, multi-state organization.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, compensation strategy, employee relations, and organizational development.
Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence strategic business decisions.
Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, organizational integrations, or high-growth healthcare environments is highly desirable.

Required Experience
5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience , including responsibility for HR strategy, team leadership, and organizational development.
Required healthcare industry experience

within a healthcare organization, healthcare services company, physician or provider management organization (MSO), provider management company, hospital, or health system.
Proven experience supporting a multi-site or rapidly growing organization.
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives.

Annual Salary: $130,000–$180,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
