Job Summary Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000 (with a 3-year validation period; commission eligibility begins upon validation)
- Commission Structure: 40/20 commission splits post-validation
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement:
- Entry-level candidates: Full onsite
- Experienced candidates: Remote work option available
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling and marketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage accounts with an average revenue size of $15,000
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred (candidates with stable tenure are highly valued)
- Open to entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is a plus
