Position Overview

We are working with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic team in the Washington, DC metro area.

RequirementsWhat You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions
  
• Develop and modify individualized plans of care based on patient goals and clinical findings
  
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques to improve mobility, function, and strength
  
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
  
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other clinicians to maximize patient outcomes
  
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
• Build strong relationships with patients throughout their course of treatment
  
• Participate in clinical mentorship, team meetings, and professional development
  

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  
• Current PT license or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
  
• CPR/BLS certification
  
• Strong communication and time-management skills
  
• Patient-focused approach to care
  
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development
  

Clinical Expectations

Clinicians are expected to:

• Average approximately 10 patient visits per clinical day
  
• Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
  
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours
  
• Maintain strong clinical quality and compliance standards
  
• Help patients successfully complete their prescribed plans of care
