Job Description We are seeking a skilled Neuro ICU / IMCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a critical care setting. The nurse will be responsible for both intensive care and stepdown units, floating between the two as needed. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Neuro ICU and IMCU. Manage patient caseloads with a typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1-2 in ICU and 3-4 in stepdown. Perform regular assessments and monitor patient progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU or IMCU nursing. Current RN License verification through Nursys. Neuro certification preferred.
