As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork while reflecting Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $21.60 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day - Time

Sat - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun - 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials when assigned, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership, site personnel, and responding agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
