Content Manager

To ensure scalable content across various languages and industries, the full-time salaried Content Manager will manage localization strategies, oversee vendor relationships, and maintain quality control for clinical accuracy while working remotely. Key responsibilities Owns the operational model for translation and localization, including vendor management and quality calibration Establishes quality standards for localized content, ensuring cultural appropriateness and clinical alignment Defines segment adaptation governance, building reusable industry-ready bundles and prioritizing segment development Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in localization, content operations, or content strategy, preferably in a B2B2C or healthcare environment Experience managing translation or localization vendors, including SLAs and quality calibration Strong understanding of building reusable, governed content systems across languages, industries, and personas Ability to distinguish scalable segment adaptation from one-off custom work Experience with content or project management tools such as ClickUp, Frontify, or Sanity is a plus
