Landscape Install Crew Member

Landscape Install Crew Member Location: Farmington Hills, MI Key Areas of Responsibilities Perform tasks such as clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards. Construct hardscape features, including laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways. Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch. Safely operate hand and power tools and heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers. Education, Experience and Skills Required Communicate with management or crew leader regarding the job site schedule. Conduct work in a safe manner. Landscape hardscape field experience preferred. Experience with heavy equipment preferred. Valid driver’s license preferred. Willingness to take on additional duties and miscellaneous tasks as needed. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions. Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods. Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
