Gecko Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Provide floor leadership during service and coach servers and bartenders in real time; Develop and manage the beverage program including wine list input, staff training on wine and spirits, bar inventory, vendor relationships, and pricing strategy; Lead staff training and development to build service standards and wine knowledge for a new team; Enhance guest experience by handling VIPs and special requests with composure during opening weeks; Oversee inventory and cost controls, manage pour costs, and protect margins on a premium beverage program
