Provide Emergency Medicine care through varying shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre, MN. This is a full-time employed position requiring roughly 10-12 shifts a month. ScheduleLocation: CentraCare-Long PrairieTypical Shift: 12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a) Location: CentraCare-MelroseTypical Shift: Mon-Thu 4p-8a, Fri-Sun 8a-8p or 8p-8a Location: CentraCare-PaynesvilleTypical Shift: 12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)Location: CentraCare-Sauk CentreTypical Shift: Mon-Thu a combination of 8a-8p or 8p-8a, or 4p-8a Friday-Sunday 8a-8p, 8p-8a Pay and Benefits Salary range: $300,000 - $325,000 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
