OVERVIEW:

Responsibleforcreatingandimplementinganoverallmarketingstrategyandbuildrelationshipsinthecommunitywhileincreasingpatientcensusandfosteringpartnershipswithphysicians,clinics,hospitals,AssistedLivingFacilities,Hospice,andHomeCarecompanies.Toacquirethenecessaryandappropriateinformationtofacilitatetheadmissionoftheresidenttothefacilityfromhome,hospital,orotherfacilityandtocompletethedocumentsnecessaryfortheadmissionprocess.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibleforbuildingandmaintainingrelationshipswithacute-carehospitals,healthsystems,dischargeplanners,casemanagers,rehabilitationcenters,andassistedlivingfacilities Workwithphysiciansandhospitaldischargeplannerstoarrangeasmoothtransitiontothefacility Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithhospitals,physicians,socialworkers,dischargeplannersandotherreferralsources Analyzereferralstoensurefacilitycanmeetresident’sneedsadequatelywithdirectionfromD.O.N. Facilitateadecisionforadmissionapprovalandnotificationofadmissionapprovaltimelytoreferringagency Helpdevelopandimplementamarketingstrategyforthefacilitywithourregionalmarketingteamaswellasmanagersinthefield Workingcloselywiththecompany’sAdmission’sandBusinessOfficeManager Developmarketingmaterialssuchasbrochures,flyers,ads,campaignsetc. Influencedecisionmakingamongvariousstakeholderstogeneratereferralsandadmissionsfromreferralsources Continuouslyconductmarketassessmentsanddevelopacomprehensivemarketingplandesignedtomeetcompanygoalsandobjectives Participateincommunityeventsandactivitiesthatpromotecompanygoalsandinitiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Amethyst Health of Wausau
