What Youll Do

\n
• Lead & Innovate : Oversee curriculum development, ensure ACGME accreditation, guide recruitment, selection, and advancement of residents.
\n
• Precept & Teach Residents: Provide direct supervision, hands-on training, and mentorship in both clinical and academic settings .
\n
• Mentor & Inspire : Foster a passion for lifelong learning, oversee educational instruction, and support academic initiatives like book clubs, grand rounds, and conferences.
\n
• Advance Medicine : Collaborate with ASU SOMME to integrate emerging medical technologies into resident education.
\n
• Maintain Clinical Excellence: Provide direct patient care through a small, active continuity practice while actively engaging in the inpatient teaching service to mentor and educate residents in a hands-on clinical setting.
\n

What Were Looking For

\n
• MD or DO, Board-Certified in Family Medicine
\n
• New Graduates Welcome: Must demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and/or completion of a Faculty Development Fellowship.
\n
• Experienced Physicians: Practicing physicians with prior experience as core faculty and a dedication to medical education.
\n
• Balanced Practice: Passion for both outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital medicine.
\n
