Service Operations Analyst

After-Sales AnalystThe After-Sales Analyst works closely with the larger After-Sales Team to support dealerships in delivering excellent customer experience. The Analyst will work with a number of tools used in daily operations, including CDK, CDK Service, Online Appointment Schedulers (COSA, myKaarma, Xtime, FSR+), Customer Engagement Platform, Comm360, and RPR.
