Inter Company Operations CoordinatorInter Company Operations Coordinator opportunity in Fort Lauderdale (Hybrid) Salary, benefits, fun work environment Our client is a global shared service center provides finance and accounting services to multiple agencies within our client's portfolio, the ideal candidate will complete the execution of financial policies related to Shared Service Center activities and as a member of the SSC Operations Team this role, the Inter Company Operations Coordinator will be a key liaison between the agency representatives and their internal team.Review AR/AP/Trial balance month end for variances, propose journal entries for review & approval.Review journal entries with appropriate backups, generate and track intercompany balances for multiple agencies.Download matching report in Hyperion financial management, partner with agencies and GL for month end close.Facilitate and support SOX Compliance testing as well as internal and external audits.Bachelor's degree in business or accounting – or comparable job experience2-year experience within billing or finance /accounting background preferred, exceptional proficiency in Excel and OutlookStrong understanding of general financial terminology, ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects.
