What You'll Be Doing:


You'll be performing advanced, skilled assembly tasks including:


Assembling mechanical, electrical, and equipment housing components
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs
Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, dial indicators)
Performing in-process and final inspections
Diagnosing malfunctions and completing necessary repairs
Testing components and verifying conformance
Maintaining accurate production documentation
Identifying safety and quality improvement opportunities
Assisting in training lower-level assemblers

This is a hands-on, detail-focused manufacturing role where your mechanical expertise shines!

Shift Time & Pay Rate:


Schedule: 7:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Pay: $20.00/hour

What We're Looking For:


To succeed in this role, you'll need:


High school diploma or GED

5+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and assembly processes
Experience with torque tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Knowledge of work orders, PDM, or ERP systems
Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:


• Lift 50 lbs frequently , 100 lbs occasionally (team lifts provided)
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist throughout the shift
• Work in environments with noise, dust, and temperature variations
• Use ladders, steps, and various tools regularly
• Strong visual acuity for precision inspections

Work Environment:


• Fast-paced manufacturing/production facility
• PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, steel-toe footwear)
• May operate cranes, hoists, forklifts, and material-handling equipment (training provided)
