After one year, employees may be considered for a hybrid schedule based on performance, role responsibilities, and business needs. Hybrid eligibility is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must reside in or near Montrose, Colorado to fulfill the on-site work requirement. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide information about insurance products and services. Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Assist customers with policy applications. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
