Velocity Car Wash is looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Team Members who are excited about building relationships with customers and earning commission and tips on top of their hourly pay.

Our team members play an important role in helping customers choose the wash package and membership options that best fit their needs. This is more than a traditional car wash position — it's an opportunity to develop valuable sales, communication, and customer-service skills while increasing your earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Engage customers and identify their needs
• Educate customers on our wash packages, memberships, and purchase options
• Recommend products and services based on each customer's needs
• Promote membership and upgrade opportunities
• Help customers with plan changes and payment information
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Guide customers safely and efficiently through the car wash
• Keep the property, equipment, and vacuum areas clean and organized
• Work with your team to achieve sales and customer-service goals

Your earning potential goes beyond your hourly wage.

Starting pay is $15.1 6 to $20 per hour, with additional opportunities to earn commission and tips. The more effectively you connect with customers, communicate the value of our products, and generate sales, the more opportunities you have to increase your earnings.

No previous car wash experience is required. We provide training and cross-training to help you learn our products, develop your sales skills, and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, friendly, and responsible
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Current Opportunities

We are currently hiring at Two Montrose locations:

• South Montrose — Woodgate: Full-time afternoon/Morning Shifts
• North Montrose — Townsend: Part-time shifts

We'll work with you to find the location and schedule that best fits your availability and experience.
