Compliance Lead

About the Role Exciting opportunity to join a team focusing on providing leading-edge compliance and regulatory advice to its clients. In this role, you will lead efforts to stay on top of the latest and greatest trends related to a wide array of employee benefits plans. Everything from review of plan documents to fiduciary compliance to high-level advisory services, you will be the subject matter expert. For both internal and external stakeholders, you will be depended upon to guide clients to making sound decisions. Duties & Responsibilities Understand current and pending legislation from the DOL and IRS that could impact plans Be a go-between for legal counsel and contacts at employer groups Responsible for non-discrimination testing on all levels Review and file multiple industry forms and filings for both employee benefits and qualified retirement plans Work with clients and internal stakeholders to prepare all audits and determine if there are any compliance failures Skills & Experience 5-10 years of compliance and regulatory background Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably Finance or Accounting Additional professional designations preferred (i.e. CEBS or ASPPA designation) Compensation, Benefits, & Perks $65-80,000 + flexible hybrid schedule + robust benefit package Tagged as: 401k, administrative, audit, compliance, employee benefits, legal, qualified plan, regulatory, retirement plan, tpa #J-18808-Ljbffr
